A non-refundable deposit of €130 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your class, payable directly to your instructor.
The €130 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your class to a new date subject to instructor availability, at no additional charge, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given.
We will accommodate one free date change per booking provided at least 7 days’ notice is given. Additional date changes may incur an administration fee of €25.
Your quote is based on the group size provided at enquiry. If your group size changes, please notify us as soon as possible. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly. A reduction in group size does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.
In the unlikely event that Dancing Hen must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of your deposit or a rescheduled date at your preference.
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange a suitable venue. Most hotels are happy to provide a function room free of charge when asked. If we arrange a venue on your behalf, an additional charge of €100 applies.
Our instructors reserve the right to end a class early if any participant behaves in a manner that is abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Dancing Hen may request permission to use photos or video from your class for marketing purposes. This will always be asked in advance and is entirely optional.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
