To confirm your booking we require a deposit.
Please read our full Terms and Conditions before paying the deposit as payment of the deposit constitute acceptance on your part of our Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Suppliers Agent: In many instances when you are purchasing a service from us, we are acting as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers, such as dance instructors, dance schools, dance groups etc. The contract for the service is between you and the third party supplier, and will usually involve your being required to accept additional terms and conditions with the relevant third party supplier. A copy of any third party supplier’s terms and conditions are available on request. When we deal with you as a supplier’s agent, we have no contractual liability for the services, which you have purchased.
Principal: There may also be instances when we shall be the principal for the service which you are purchasing, i.e. the contract for the service is between you and us. In such instances you will be required to accept our additional terms and conditions which govern the service which we are contracting to provide to you. A copy of our terms and conditions in such circumstances are available on request.
Bookings: Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Pricing for the class is fixed on the confirmed group size at the time of deposit payment. (You can pay the deposit a the bottom of this page).
Deposit: The deposit can be paid by credit card, PayPal. You will receive an email on receipt of the deposit in our account.
Refunds: We offer a full refund of the deposit, minus an administration charge of 25 euro, if the refund request is received at least 46 DAYS PRIOR to the scheduled event. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellation made WITHIN 45 DAYS of the event scheduled date.
Paying the balance – The balance will only be accepted in one lump sum. It can be paid:
By cash to the teacher on the day (BEFORE the beginning of the dance class).
By credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or bank draft. Full payment must be received into our account 14 DAYS PRIOR to the event.
Changes in group size: The price is based on the number of participants confirmed at the time of booking. Changes to group size will affect the price per participant. Please notify Dancing Hen of any changes in group size so that pricing revisions can be carried out prior to your event.
Arriving Late: If you arrive late the class will still be deemed to have started at the scheduled time and will finish at the scheduled time.
Anti-social behaviour: Anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour will be ask to leave either by the dance teacher or the management of the venue where the class is being held in and no refund will be issued.
Damages: Dancing Hen will not accept responsibility for damages caused by the client in the venue. The client will be held responsible.
Quotations: quotations are valid for 2 weeks. Receiving a quotation from Dancing Hen for a certain day or location does not necessarily mean that there is availability for that day or location.
Provisional booking: once you have received your quote, you or Dancing Hen can decide on a provisional booking (i.e. without deposit). This will allow you to check with the girls if needs be and for Dancing Hen to check the availability of teacher or venue if needs be. A provisional booking expires after 7 DAYS. To confirm your booking we will require a deposit.
Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
